In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will require the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Information on which product is damaged
- Photographic proof
If your product/s have been damaged upon delivery please take photographic evidence and contact us immediately. All claims for delivery damage must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Unless proof of damage or fault has been verified by our support team, we can not provide a refund, credit or replacement
Once we have received all the necessary information, we will work to ensure the issue is resolved as soon as possible
